Yummy Chicken Burger


1 lb. Ground Chicken (lean as possible)

2T Garlic (minced)

1 onion (minced)

2T Fresh Parsley

¼ cup fresh Parmesan Cheese

¼ cup fresh Asiago cheese

2T EVOO (or any nut oil)

8 slices 5-grain Bread

4 slices (extra thin) Low-Fat Swiss

Any type of lettuce (romaine, spinach, arugula)

Greek Yogurt Dressing


In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, onion, parsley, and both cheeses. Mix til blended together.

Split mixture and make 4 separate patties.

In a large pan, on med-high heat, pour in EVOO and then place patties in pan. Cook about 3 mins on each side (til both sides are brown), then remove and place on baking pan (or stoneware).

BAKE at 350, for approx 15 mins, turning once.

Toast up all 8 slices of bread.

One one side place a dollop of Greek yogurt dressing, a handful of lettuce (your choice)

Then place burger on top and cover with a slice of Swiss, top with other slice of bread.
