Lettuce Chicken Wrap

INGREDIENTS:

6 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast (shredded)

4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves (washed)

1/2 cup onions (diced)

2 slices tomato (diced)

1/2 cup raw Alfalfa Sprouts

1T Teriyaki sauce

DIRECTIONS:

In a pan on med-high heat, mix shredded chicken, onion and teriyaki sauce – stir and heat for about 3-4 mins (remember chicken is already cooked, so you are only heating it up).

Then place each lettuce leaf on a plate, fill with alfalfa spouts, chicken/onion mixture and top with tomatoes.
